How Much Does a Website Cost?

Do you know that most web designers don’t divulge how much it will cost until they have you firmly in their clutches.  They make all kinds of excuses on their websites not to give you the information you need but the truth is they want to charge the most possible.

Our clearly stated information on pricing, including the pricing of e-commerce, is further down the page after this important information.

THE PRICE YOU PAY IS A ONE-TIME PAYMENT.  THERE ARE NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS THAT GO ON FOREVER OTHER THAN A VERY SMALL MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR HOSTING.

Our pricing is we believe the best value available. In the unlikely event that you obtain a lower like for like written quote please let us know. We never knowingly overprice and we will undercut that lower price.  The prices shown below are NOT subject to any additional VAT.

SEO

Once the design is set up and the site is live we utilise a Search Engine Optimisation program (SEO) acknowledged as a world leader in maximising your site’s ranking in Google.  This is a free add in on all premium sites.

CMS

Within all our websites (except Premium) we include a Content Management System (CMS) which allows you to add or delete text and images yourself.  We also include a training session and include free back-up by phone or email should you need it at any time. Your shop, or e-commerce pages are also easily editable by you.

Responsive

All sites are fully responsive.  That means when seen on a different sized device – desk top computer > tablet > mobile – the site cleverly adapts to fit while remaining fully readable and great to look at.  Google describes our websites when shown on mobile phones as “Awesome” and that means they get the best possible ranking based on the site content.

Maintenance

With our Content Management System you will be able to make most changes yourself but if you don’t have time, don’t feel confident enough or for any other reason, we will be happy to make the changes for you on an ad hoc basis – and the service will be quick!  Most of our changes are turned around within 24 hours of the request.  Need us to look after your e-commerce pages on an ad hoc basis – no problem.

E-Commerce

We can add e-commerce to any of our packages.  For a simple set up where there are a limited number of products our pricing can be as low as £449.00.  Beyond that it depends on just how many products are for sale and then whether a fully fledged e-commerce site is required. Either way it will always be available to self edit. Just let us know your requirements and we’ll be happy to quote.

Custom Made Packages

We don’t keep rigidly to website package sizes.  All website packages can be expanded by two or more pages to fit exactly with your requirements.  No need to spend more than necessary.  Also if a particular add-on does not appear available in the website package you would like then just ask and we can include it – there may be a small pricing increase.
